Insight finally opened in West Sac! And they partnered with Sun and Soil! Phenomenal coffee and an awesome working space. Can’t wait to come back and try their juices and bowls. Just what we needed in west sac!!!

The coffee here is pretty solid, but the vibe can get a bit noisy during rush hour. I love their lattes, but sometimes the service feels a bit rushed. Worth a stop if you're in the area!

Great location!! Friendly staff and AMAZING coffee. Loved the vibes in here. We’re not locals but we’re definitely going to make an excuse to come here every time we’re driving though.

So thankful to have a good cafe within walking distance to work. If you work in the area, check them out. They are worth it. Also the cheesecake is amazing!
