I had 2 very different experiences here the first time I went my espresso was very watery but the second time I went it tasted great so I want to believe the first time was a fluke lol :) Their tea lattes are also pretty good!
Easily the strongest coffee program in Lafayette, in terms of bean selection (including a fun co-ferment?!), drinks, barista training, and equipment. Visited multiple times over the course of a week and they nailed the drinks and the service every time. Beans are roasted in Carmel, IN and are done fully in-house.
Was in town visiting from Southern California. I really enjoyed my vanilla oatmilk latte! The espresso was strong and the vanilla wasn’t too sweet or overpowering. It was a bit pricey, I was surprised my drink was more expensive here than comparable coffee shops in California.
