I asked for a suggestion and they explained the Fireside. I ordered it with coconut milk. I love that they had that option, many places don’t have coconut milk. The taste was very smooth with hints of spicy and sweet.
Indie Coffee Roasters is one of my favorite local coffee spots! I was thrilled when I heard they were opening one in noblesville. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing day of reading a book or chatting with friends. The coffee is always delicious. I love how interesting their drinks are.
Excited for the future of Indie Coffee roasters once construction wraps up at Federal Hill. The barista made me the tastiest latte I have ever enjoyed!! (Currently the parking is not ideal and the view is lacking while construction continues.) The staff were friendly, plenty of space to work or meet a friend to chat.
