Pro tip: there’s a parking lot (and accessible entrance) behind the building. This is a wonderful addition to the Carmel coffee scene! Located at the new North End development, Indie Coffee Roasters and Le Petit Gateau share a lovely space. There are many different seating areas to socialize, work, and relax.
Indie Coffee Roasters makes quality espresso drinks. Their seasonal rotations are some of my favorite options for a latte in Carmel and the baristas are happy to answer any questions about the menu. They also don’t bloat drinks with extra milk and syrup just to sell a larger beverage.
Indie Coffee Roasters is fabulous! This location is one of my favorites. The pictures feature the Lavender Haze Latte and 100 Acre Latte. The Lavender Haze latte features a delectable mix of lavender, white chocolate and black berries. This drink is as tasty as it is beautiful.
I met a friend yesterday at Indie Coffee Roasters (ICR). She wanted to check out the vibe and the coffee. We sat down for a conversation that turned out to be a lot longer than either of us had planned. The team at ICR was friendly and checked in regularly, but were never intrusive.
