The fact that this exits in a town so closely associated with a religion that forbids coffee, is incredible. Seeing an owner-operated shop where he is sourcing, roasting, serving, and genuinely caring about every cup is so refreshing. If you’re a coffee snob, this is the only true coffee shop in Provo and it’s great!
This is hands down the best coffee I’ve had in Utah — and I say that as someone originally from the Pacific Northwest who knows good coffee. Incidental Coffee Roasters absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Wow, wow, wow. As a coffee snob who likes drinking it black, this is, hands down, the best coffee joint in Utah County. I've even started buying their whole beans to enjoy at home. And I will not be going back to my other options in the foreseeable future.
Great little spot. It’s small, but exactly what you’d hope for in a locally owned shop. The owner was incredibly kind—and I love a good victory story. They started in a tent, then moved to a truck, and now have a brick-and-mortar café. That kind of journey always earns extra respect from me.
