He makes light roast coffee which is the healthiest coffee if you are thinking of your health. The medium roast is also exceptional. Everything is fresh! I don't drink the dark stuff so I don't know but assuming everything else is great I'm sure that is too. I drink my coffee black so the flavor is of upmost.
