We just happened to see Hrysek Farms at a local farmer's market in Stroudsburg, PA this past weekend. Picked up a bag of their Papua New Guinea to try. We typically like dark roasted beans, but this medium roast was perfectly balanced. Great flavors.
Discovered their coffee at a farmer's market and decided to give the Ethiopian a try. I roast and hand-grind my favorite beans, so we're fussy about coffee. Hrysek's beans are perfectly roasted and make a very delicious cup. Highly recommended!
Have tried Hrysek farms coffee a few times and we enjoy it. The roasts are consistent and flavorful. We are peculiar with our brews and happy to have found a local roaster who cares about quality. Check out the monthly subscription so you never run out!
