Every time Hos puts out a new bean, I try to get my hands on it. So far, everything has been very good. I'm definitely impressed. My favorites thus far have been the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and the Colombian Huila. I've also had the Brazil Fazenda, Costa Rica L.R., and Ecuador Pich., and they've been excellent.
