Awesome guys that know their coffee. Mike was so helpful in answering all of my coffee questions and was very encouraging. I’m so looking forward to coming home to drink the blends I got. Update: Got home to Moses Lake and just in time for friends coming from Canada. Made 6 espressos and everyone loved them.

Nowadays, you can find several varieties of Hood River Coffee beans being distributed at a growing number of supermarkets in the Portland area, but if you want to get your hands on the full range of beans they offer, you either have to order online or stop by their Hood River office to make your purchase.

That roaster smell hits you immediately. Owner operator is friendly and knows àll coffee. Interesting to peek in the back at the goings on and ask questions about the big bags of beans. I happened in on Sunday which is when they clean the machine. That means on Sunday you can't choose to grind the beans in house.
