This was a great find. It has the vibes of a true coffee shop. Loved the music, decor and the plants. The pastries and muffins were delicious. Our drinks were great as well. I’m not a huge fan of darker espresso roasts so just fyi that their espresso has that kind of bite.
Love that there is a 3rd wave coffee in Huntington! Matt is a WONDERFUL barista and I highly reccommend anyone to have a chat with him about coffee. As of this write up, Hill Tree is a fairly new business. Still figuring out, developing their roasts.
Friendly folks and delicious beans. Been a fan of their roasts for a long time and glad to see them starting to expand to café service. Please stop by and try an expertly crafted drink. The cafecito is excellent! Excited to stop in again and try other options on the menu.
This is the best coffee shop around. Locally owned. Beans roasted on site. I live in Ashland and it is well worth the trip. The baristas are highly trained. I always buy a bag or two of coffee to keep in my house.
