I had a wonderful experience at Hickory Roasters Restaurant at Rolling Meadows. The chicken was delicious, juicy, and the wood-fired flavor gave it an amazing taste. The coleslaw and spicy roasted potatoes were also outstanding and complemented the meal perfectly.
I’ve been coming to Hickory Roasters for over 20 years and the food is always perfect and healthy too. Best place in the area if you’re looking for something delicious! My favorite is the Chicken Caesar Pita meal!
Food is really good, it looks unassuming from the outside, but inside there's a really decent Mexican menu with some of the best quesabirria con consome in the area and yeah better than TJ nearby. The consome here is thick, rich and flavorful, you will want it by the bowl and they give a generous amount of it.
Staff was ready and willing to serve us and greeted us promptly upon arrival, we got our food to go as it was late we got a whole roasted chicken and a large order of Birria chicken ! Great food from nice people! What more can I say, cant wait to go back!
