The vibe is relaxed and the cafe au lait was very good with a couple added shots of espresso. It was uncomfortably cold inside but the service was warm and welcoming. If you want something sweet to pair with your coffee, the gooey butter cake is absolutely scrumptious.
Coffee was delicious, there was a fun Java dark roast. Food was good, very kid friendly and a nice porch to sit on. The wait was minimal. There was a solid kids play area, I enjoyed the box of zines!
Casual coffee shop with a variety of food to choose from the food menu. I had the salmon bagel with a side of tomato soup. My friends got the Hartford Gyro and Biscuits and Gravy and both loved their food too. The portion is large enough and it’s well priced.
Warm and friendly urban neighborhood coffee shop. The large windows allow sunlight to pour in, and the natural light is fantastic on the wooden floors. The coffee is good, plus it is inexpensive: $1.25 for 12 oz. cup, $3 for bottomless. They serve breakfast, sandwiches, salads and vegetarian dishes.
