Harbor Perk Coffeehouse & Roasting Co.

I’m always looking for new coffee shops to try & I found a pretty cool one in Ashtabula, Ohio. The Harbor Perk was recommended to me, so on a lazy Sunday morning, I traveled out to visit. Easy drive out, easy to find & found a parking spot pretty quick.

Harbor Perk is an absolute gem. They have some of the best coffee anywhere - and I currently live in San Francisco, the land of coffee fans. As locals know, they roast the coffee beans right there. The baristas very knowledgeable and friendly. If you love coffee, do not miss this place!

This is a cool, quirky little coffee house in the heart of Ashtabula. My wife had a medium roast coffee and I had a dirty chai. Both were very good. The atmosphere of this place is interesting, with old coffee grinders, turn-of-the-century furniture, and other odds and ends.

August 2023: While visiting the "Bula" (slang for Ashtabula, Ohio), the family wanted to get something to drink. We ordered a frozen matcha Latte with a peppermint shot and a frozen raspberry lemonade drink. Both were good and reasonably priced.
