I got a cortado (50:50 Espresso:Milk). Their baristas are trained and they know what they are doing. They’re not undergrad students, they’re actual baristas (this isn’t Dune). They gave me a perfectly balanced espresso shot with perfectly silky milk. Idc about drink art. Solid 5/5 Espresso drinks.
My new Coffee stop when I pass through Santa Barbara less than a mile off the 101. We had a long drive back to LA and this was just what we needed, great roasted coffee, the friendliest service in a historic building with a cool and open atmosphere.
