Overall, I really like the aesthetic of Gryphon Cafe and the warm, friendly customer service—Grace was especially kind and helpful, and there was also a great guy on staff whose name I didn’t catch. The space has a clean, modern vibe, but I wish they offered some comfier seating.
I enjoyed my quick stop into the cafe on a snowy day! The gingerbread latte with oat milk was great (vegan) and they also had a vegan scone and coffee cake! So I was pleasantly surprised with the vegan pastries. Everything was yummy and the staff were wonderful.
I love Gryphon Cafe West Chester! I used to come here all the time when I was in college at West Chester university. The atmosphere is great and the staff are all super friendly. There has been a turnover in staff over the last year or two which I think you see that regardless in any cafe.
Service was great, got my order quickly and they were super nice. They had plenty of seating, it's a cute cafe. The food was alright, pretty mid tier. The coffee is good, but there are definitely places I prefer over it.
