First time trying Graffeo Coffee Roasting. I decided to purchase the dark roast beans. I am so happy with this coffee. I usually use cream in my coffee. One day I ran out of cream, so I decided to try it black. I thought the coffee was smooth and robust and great to the last drop.

I am a coffee snob, OK? I heat up my coffee mug before I pour coffee into it. I toss coffee out if it’s too weak or has a questionable aftertaste. And I do NOT put anything in my coffee except whole milk or cream. You see what I mean?

Passion in every bean. Just got a bag and sipping a cup of earthy, delicious and strong dark roast as I write this. When I was checking out the roastery the friendly folk there explained their process of roasting the bean evenly throughout without burning them. They're total purists and care so much about coffee.
