“I really want you all to bring back the blueberry clove syrup that was hands down my favorite coffee flavor in the espresso tonic.”
“Often, when I visit shops with large coffee menus featuring many designer coffees, I get espressos and pour-overs that are bland, weak, and underextracted.”

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - “A hidden gem cafe in St. Louis, going above and beyond for their patrons” Service 🙋♂️ The service at Goshen Coffee Roasters was exceptional, thanks to the lovely baristas, Violet and Mary (or Molly—apologies for forgetting!).
I travel most weeks and, as I work in coffee, I try to hit the best shops in the cities I travel to. Often, when I visit shops with large coffee menus featuring many designer coffees, I get espressos and pour-overs that are bland, weak, and underextracted. I pay a premium and wish I hadn’t. Not the case here.
I spent the perfect 4th of July morning catching up with a friend at Goshen Coffee in Soulard, and I’m officially a fan. We sat on the shaded patio for hours—birds swinging by our table, church bells chiming in the background, and not a single reason to rush.
Got the pour over Old School tattoo. Server was great and talked me through the pour over. I’ve been buying their coffee beans since the tattooed lady days. Nice to see how they make the pour over . Looks like a great selection on the menu. And they can pour over any of their beans, which is cool.
