Modern coffee shop. Staff is friendly, coffee is locally roasted, and they have some great looking pastries. Standard coffee and tea menu (espresso drinks, drip coffee, hot tea, etc). And they have cold brew! Unlike many other places in Ithaca, Gimme feels fresh and modern.

The single origin beans are roasted to bring out the best of each. An espresso to go was rich and complex; so enjoyable I sipped it. The hot chocolates ordered by our party were chocolaty, smooth and well balanced, not too sweet. The steamed milk provided just the right texture and flavor.
If you like big chain, dark roast style coffee then Gimme! is probably the best coffee you’ll find in Ithaca. I had a 7.8 cortado. The bitterness was just about held at bay and the milk work was average.
