Delicious coffee, wonderful atmosphere. This coffee shop roasts it's own coffee and has an attached bakery. The Chile mocha was sooooooo smooth. Other areas of the country do t have the magic touch and are too aggressive with the Chile. This was not the case here as it was easy to drink and totally enjoyable.

On my way back from california, last night I was in flagstaff. Rise and shine before the coffee roasters were open there so I did some research and it was Gallup coffee company that looked perfect and gave me an opportunity to visit this very special unique coffee shop.
Excellent coffee, we tried 'Have gun, will travel', a good dark roast (a blend of Ethiopian and Sumatra). Full menu of coffee drinks. I got a latte and hubby got drip coffee. They had bakery treats from a bakery directly next door. I got an egg puff (green chili and cheddar in puff pastry cup). Yum!
