Frenchie Coffee Roasters

This is a small walk up or drive through coffee shop with some picnic tables. The owner is from Gig Harbor, WA, near Seattle, and I know they know coffee culture there. They roast their own beans. Their main blend is a medium roast with an acidic nose.

I recently visited this cozy coffee shop on a foggy morning , and it turned out to be the perfect spot to escape the chill. The coffee was absolutely delicious — rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. It was a great place to sit and relax, with a calm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.

We are regulars at Frenchies. Always amazing coffee and service. The owner is a sweetheart and today my daughter passed her driver's test so they drew on her cup and wrote congratulations. I will always highly recommend Frechies!

So glad to see this cute little coffee place open in Cibolo! We stopped by there this afternoon to check it out and were not disappointed. I had the iced penny, it was delicious. My daughter had the raspberry matcha drink and it was great too. Go check them out!
