Fredericksburg Coffee Co

Our company attended a group coffee class, and I really enjoyed it. The freshly roasted coffee beans smelled delightful, and it was entertaining to learn about the origin and various types of coffee beans and watch the roasting and production process in action.

Ran into this Coffee Roasting Company visiting Fredericksburg, Texas one weekend and since then I have been crazy over their Main Street Blend and the Guatemala Cubulco coffee beans. I don't think you could find a more rich, flavorful, smooth and consistent roasted coffee from anybody out there.

We found this coffee in a gift shop on vacation and man we found a hidden gem! By far, our favorite coffee ever. It’s been almost a year and we’re still ordering it! The holiday blend is our very favorite but have found several others we love too. Excellent quality and fast shipping.

Called the owner when I was in town, he immediately picked up the phone and invited me to check out his roastery. Wow! Not only did I buy beans, but he gave my Mom and I, a mini tour. I was blown away how amazing his operation was and how far he's come. I wish him all the best!
