I really like how open and light this place is. Forage is an excellent place to relax wit a cup of coffee or shot of espresso in the morning with the sun streaming into the seating area. They have many comfortable places to sit. The drip coffee is absolutely amazing and the espresso is really good.
Must say I've tried this place a few times! This is one of the few places that knows how to brew a proper drip coffee (they even roast their own beans). The food ingredients are locally sourced and carefully handled to create an immersive experience when pairing the food options with coffee.
This was the top espresso I tasted in the PNW. Not overly bitter, well balanced, delicious taste and aftertaste. It's clear they understand their craft and out effort into their work. Cool shop and great environment. Overall top tier.
