One of the best coffee shops in Michigan City is a haven for true coffee enthusiasts. The knowledgeable staff and skilled baristas recommended the "Novus Ordo," featuring smoked orange, mocha espresso, and oat milk. The balance of flavors was exquisite, each note perfectly complementing the others.
Hip coffee shop and roastery with a robust food menu (reasonable prices for sandwiches) and of course freshly-roasted coffee. Bag of coffee is around $16 which is standard. Plenty of varied seating with outlets and fastish WiFi for the nomads. Was a great stop on the way to New Buffalo.
The only real coffee shop in Michigan City. They roast their own coffee and have a lab in the back. Need I say more?! The espresso was good. Light, slight hints of fruit and caramel. Not your typical thick bodied espresso.
Delicious Vanilla Bean Latte! Baristas do need to slow down and listen though. Asked for a hot to go. Got a cold in-cafe cup; asked for them to make a hot. Got a hot in-cafe cup… finally asked just for the to go cup lol! Yummy nevertheless.
