Floreo has raised the bar high in the Coffee scene of Missoula with his Sensorial style. You should hear Sebastian’s story of how he was born in Europe and grew up in the coffee houses of Vienna Austria. Later studied coffee roasting from a Master in Copenhagen Denmark.
This coffee is a great way to start the day. I freshly ground the beans and pulled a shot on my Flair 58, and the experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The aroma alone was rich and inviting.
Missoula is lucky to have this place! I would put the overall quality of Floreo on par with the best coffee shops I've visited around the world. The owner sources the coffee himself and has an exceptional eye for quality and unique beans. The equipment on the bar is top-notch.
