First Street Roasters

Being kind of finicky when it comes to buying a cup coffee, I was hesitant to give these folks a try. Boy am I glad I did! I drink my coffee black, nothing to alter the taste of a well roasted blend, and I am happy to say that from the very first sip I loved it!

This is my favorite coffee shop anywhere!!!! Even better pizza is in the same building. The owners are geniuses. If you're in central Texas this place is a must on any itinerary. The smell of fresh roasted coffee beans will draw you in.

This place is a lovely, laid-back, coffee spot. We went on a Sunday, and there wasn't a ton of people. I ordered a hot, salted caramel latte, and it gave starbucks a run for their money. We also ordered the scones, and they were a great snack if you had a sweet tooth.

Visited with a friend looking for new coffees to take home. The environment is mostly good, the music is a bit old and makes it difficult to hear the person next to you. Two employees and neither offered any assistance nor did they make suggestions. Ordered two cappuccino’s they came out as lattes. The shots were good.
