Farmers Union Coffee Roasters

This place seems to be very interested in coffee extraction! 😊 Although they have very nice espresso machines, grinders, and even do their own roasting, the taste varies each time due to the lack of a consistent extraction manual.

Being from out of town, I came in here with fresh eyes, looking for fresh beans, but with no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised once I was inside. It's a unique interior feel, industrial, with high ceilings, lots of light and an open feel to it.

There are a lot of coffee shops and roasters in Eugene. Some of them are good; some of them are great. But none of them reach the level of quality, care, and kindness that Farmer's Union does. From their phenomenal fresh roasted beans to the wonderful seasonal beverages (don't sleep on that Orpington Latte!
