This is my favorite, I drive 1 1/2 hours a couple times a month to come here to work and have a dark roast Thor and but some beans to take home. Always excellent service, always excellent coffee! Always a steady stream of what appears to be regulars. You get that for a reason.

I found EVP when I moved to Madison in 2016, and it was a regular stop for me on my way to work in the morning for almost 4 years. The lattes were always perfectly made (mocha or pumpkin spice were my go-to), bakery items were also delicious (don't hesitate on the cookies), and the employees were always super friendly…
Staff is always incredibly friendly and they have great coffee, we purchase the whole beans frequently and they have a great variety roasted fresh and often. Their food is great too, wonderful scones and fun varieties of different soups.
