The wait is over. This is the coffee shop Bedford has needed for a long time. Lots of pourover options. I tried the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and it was delicious. My wife, who prefers sugary coffee, got the caramel macchiato. I tried a sip and it was honestly the best caramel macchiato I’ve ever had. Quality caramel.

However, not only was the presentation lovely, it was genuinely the best tasting cup of coffee I’d ever had. Complex, rich, and fresh.
The barista, Ryosuke, is a true artist. I asked for a special "Chinese New Year Horse" design, and he delivered an incredibly cute and detailed pour that was almost too pretty to drink! I had the Espresso Cortado, and the balance was perfect: smooth, rich, and expertly textured milk.
euphoria coffee is definitely up there among the best of Boston. From the calm, classical music they have playing in the background the moment you enter, to the warm greeting and superior customer service that they provide, right down to the expertly brewed and mixed espresso drinks, and real deli style breakfast…
