I have known Mike for a number of years, but up until recently had never tried his coffee. I opted for a bag of his breakfast blend coffee and it was by far, one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. My wife is in full agreeance that it is an exceptional blend of coffee.
Mike is knowledgeable and willing to help improve your coffee game or teach you about the ins and outs of different types of coffee. His chocolate is incredible as well. Of all the different coffee I've tried throughought my ~5year coffee journey, Encore has been the highest quality so far.
