Emiliani Coffee

I’m really loving having Emiliani delivered on a subscription for a lot of reasons. But this morning, I’m especially appreciative of the transparency of posting the roasted on date, and even more so, that I’m drinking it less than 48 hours after roasting. Great stuff!

This coffee is exactly what you hope for, a roast and sourcing whose depth of flavor is matched only by the depth of conviction of the cause it supports. The service is also great, and personal—hoping that this only grows as folks come to know the sublimity of a responsible and quality business.

I just picked up and brewed the medium roast for the first time today. It tastes great, and I am happy to support an ethical business. I will be ordering more soon.

I’ve been using their espresso at home and it blends well with milk in cappuccinos (my go-to morning drink). I also enjoy the light roast for filter coffee.
