Ember Coffee is a wonderful local coffee with lots of seating and excellent freshly roasted coffee. This is THE BEST tasting smooth coffee in the area that surpasses any chain coffee (Caribou/Starbucks). Coffee is not too sweet, had an easy taste, and is reasonably priced.
Friendly staff and GREAT beans! We’re so glad to have a fresh roaster near our house with a fantastic selection of blends and single origin. Always the freshest roast available and free cup of coffee with a bag purchase! Ember has become our new favorite!
I've now been here twice, and I love the unique vibe and different type of coffee roasting (air-roasting)! The drinks and pastries are great! Last time I also was able to make it onto the Instagram page so that was fun being famous for a second 😀
What a great coffee shop in a small Minnesota town! The staff is always friendly and the seating area has always been clean. The coffee is delicious both hot and cold. The muffin I had one morning was less than stellar as it was partially doughy.
