I love Echo coffee. Their coffee is roasted in house and is delicious. The staff is very polite and their pastries are delicious as well. I don't visit as much since moving from Old Town but I make it a point to stop for coffee when I'm in the area.
Nice place with a dog friendly patio. Got some matcha coffee with some beans for our home. It’s not very busy although when we were there the barista got busy suddenly but maintained a pleasant attitude. Good to support local business.
No I didn’t get my name on my cups. I was, Expresso and a cappuccino, no pretentious affectations here. They do have their own toaster and their coffee is elegant and expresses the roaster’s imagination. The Cappuccino is the perfect counterpoint for the boldness of the Espresso.
It’s a really good coffee shop with its own vibes. Maybe top10 coffee shops in Scottsdale, not as good as fourtifour or Cartel but definitely way better than 95% other coffee shops. You can’t find better roasters in South Scottsdale for sure.
