I always buy my coffee beans here. They are roasted within the last week and are a very good price. To compare with Methodical, Due South, has a greater variety of coffee flavor profiles while most of Methodical is acidic. Also, Due South costs significantly less. Service is also great!

I came in this morning to pick out some beans for my French Press. I don't have a lot of experience with fresh coffee, but Due South had great reviews online, and Paul was more than happy to walk me through the process, and explained some of the blends to me, flavor profiles, etc.

Went by and had a good experience, whenever I try a specialty coffee shop I buy a drink and take their bean home. To start the drinks where good not great my cappuccino was more like a latte and the muffin I ordered was a bit dry.
