A gem in the rough. If you are anywhere even near Fairbury and have that craving for a coffee or barista-type drink, do yourself a favor and visit here. The coffee is bar none, and this is coming from a self-labeled coffee snob. They roast their own coffee in house and the staff are beyond knowledgeable.
