I have been buying whole bean coffee from Joe at Dragonfire Coffee for a few years now. I can without a doubt say Dragonfire Coffee is the real deal. The Costa Rica has been my go to the past couple years.

What a beautiful cup of coffee. This morning I'm drinking Happy Festivus holiday blend roasted yesterday. A delicate, complex, structured aroma and flavor. Soft notes of ripe plum and brown sugar leaving a hint of chocolate to linger. Silky mouth feel. Gentle acidity.

I met Joe in DeKalb at a market recently. We struck up conversation and I sampled some coffee (delicious); I bought a couple bags and I've become a true believer! Great consistent roasts that make every cup taste absolutely wondrous.
