Dotoree Coffee Roaster

I have quite a bit of experience studying Q grading and sensory evaluation, and their espresso exceeded my expectations. The blend seems intentionally geared toward a nutty profile rather than bright acidity for milk drinks, and the balance is well handled.

LOVE this place! They sell different types of beans AND you can request to customize! Their signature Dotoree latte has floral taste to it and you will love it you are looking for something not sweet. The cream top is usually my go-to but I am loving this toffee nut latte today!

Made the drive out from LA and it did not disappoint! The Dotoree Latte has a beautiful, subtle flowery hint, and the Toffee Nut Latte is perfectly sweet. You absolutely cannot skip the Dotoree Toast—it’s a must-order. All the pastries we tried were the perfect pairing for the coffee. Definitely worth the trip!

I stopped by to drop a package and owner gave me a complimentary Dotoree Latte! And it was great! I wish I lived in the neighborhood I would definitely make a stop each morning before work.
