I order coffee on the 27th of October 2025 and today is November 15th and still haven't received my order or tracking information! I enjoy the product but this is excessive wait time ! I reached out to customer service several times and no one can tell me when it's going to ship!
This is my favorite brand of coffee. I love the organic light roast. Family owned and the source really nice coffee beans. The coffee business is crazy right now with policial trade disruptions and tariffs.
Their coffee is the best I’ve ever had. Their shipping is very slow and I’m hoping they catch up the supply. I can’t give them 1 star for the delayed shipping time because they have an excellent affordable product. As a business owner myself, I’ve had delays due to slow product production.
