To say that the coffee scene in the treasure valley is competitive is an understatement. I’ve been to just about every artisan roaster and coffee shop in this area. And I have undoubtedly discovered my new regular spot. Not only was the coffee smooth and delicious, but the service was great as well.
VERDICT: Very much worth the short drive off the beaten path. I highly recommend going there. The coffee is as excellent as the atmosphere and service. COFFEE: I had the nitro of a light roast Nicaraguan bean. Clean flavor with strong, blending notes common in a light roast.
Always love stopping by Disciples coffee when I’m in town visiting. This place has a great atmosphere and even better coffee. My go to drink has been the butter latte but I recently tried Mexican Mocha and have to say, it might take the lead.
Disciples Coffee Roasters, what a gem. My dad and I decided to spend a chunk of our day in Boise here and what a lovely place it is. The coffee is quite good, we shared the collagen latte, Mexican mocha, and butter latte. All excellent! I really recommend anyone to come try their innovative menu.
