Really impressive family operation, from source to cup. From the moment I pulled up to the sign-less storefront and walked in the door, I knew this was a different kind of coffee experience. Dilla is not a coffee shop, they’re roasters and it shows in the best way.

This is the kind of place that you get genuinely happy when you find. Amazing delicious Ethiopian coffee. Really warm and welcoming folks and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. Come and get some delicious coffee beans for yourself.

Probably the best kept secret in Dallas. This is the nicest roasting facility you will ever go to and the beans are incredible! The service is impeccable. I will never buy coffee beans anywhere else, love love love this place!

Excellent Ethiopian beans. Some of the best I had in a long time. Good for espresso or drip. Reasonably priced. Fantastic service!
