We ordered our IR-5 in 2019. Our first time roasting business (16 months now), has grown to 35 states and over 150 cities. I would without a doubt say our roaster has had a lot to do with that! The quality of the roaster, the service and dedication is easy to see in our roaster.

I started roasting about 9 years ago on the 5K and upgraded to the 12K about 6 years ago. I love these machines - and best of all I am able to create fabulous roasts of all levels on these beauties! Also, the Diedrich customer support and technical support is outstanding!

I toured their factory once. The love and passion all of their employees have for these machines is outstanding. They build their machines to last as long as you take care of it, and they're always a phone call away if you need help.
