What's in the cup
“The espresso is a little too acidic tasting, and the latte and cappuccino could be served a bit hotter by default.”
What regulars say again and again
“Both times I’ve visited, I’ve had the Wineberry Rose Latte along with a cinnamon coffee cake and cinnamon roll.”
What customers say
I’ve had a consistently great experience here for the last 15 years. I used to think they were more on the pretentious side, but now I know that they just care so much about their craft and quality. Solid specialty coffees, rotating blends.
Beautifully crafted natural processed pour over. They use Apex coffee roasters, and the coffee was phenomenal. The setting is great for enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee. Looks like it is a fun place in the evening.
Dichotomy Coffee & Spirits is one of our favorites and a weekly treat we genuinely look forward to. Their lattes are consistently excellent, and the seasonal offerings are always thoughtfully done. The Apex-roasted coffee beans are a staple for us and some of our favorites.
Nice eclectic, artsy, chill atmosphere. The pumpkin muffin was very tasty, the coffee was good, but not the best you can find in the area. The espresso is a little too acidic tasting, and the latte and cappuccino could be served a bit hotter by default.
