I had heard the coffee here was amazing and it really was. But what surprised me even more was how good the sandwiches were. I had the vanilla bean latte and it was so rich and smooth, just the kind of coffee I enjoy. We also tried the BLT and the Super Club and both were really satisfying.
I tried the Ruster Roast Beef sandwich, and it was honestly amazing. The portion of roast beef was super generous, the meat was really fresh, and the horseradish sauce had just the right amount of kick — not too strong, just enough to bring everything together.
My wife and I are coffee lovers and have traveled all over the world for great coffee. While visiting family in the DMV, we stumbled across De Clieu. Who knew that this local corner in Fairfax, Virginia would become one of our new favorite cafés?
We LOVE this shop- the coffee is amazing and they have such unusual lattes that taste so yummy! The winter blackberry and the makers mark lattes are our favorite. Both have housemade syrups and aren’t too sweet but go perfectly with the espresso.
