What really sets the Collective apart is the partnership between the two local artisan businesses behind it: Daysol Coffee Lab handles coffee roasting and drinks, and Good Neighbor Baking provides the pastries.  Because of that, the offerings feel thoughtfully curated and fresh.

I finally found the coffee house that is up to par to the ones I’ve visited while traveling! • their syrups are home made,l •they weighed the grinds and syrup to give a consistent and delicious cup of coffee •staff was warm, patient and efficient • clean and inviting, I do wish it had a more comfortable, cozy seating…

We stopped by briefly right before 4:30pm yesterday to grab some coffee beans and a latte. The latte tasted soooooooo good! I held the bag of beans all the way home because it smelled amazing. The service was great, too. The barista even tried to help me figure out why my latte art hasn’t been working.

Very nice coffee. They roast it themselves in Pelham. I got the lavender rosemary latte, it was very good. Perfect milk texture and even latte art! They house make their syrups. Friendly baristas. I will definitely come again. Their baked goods looked delicious as well.
