I haven’t been in the new cafe yet, but I picked up some beans from the farmers market last weekend. Finally cracked them open today and damn they’re good! Will definitely be adding these into my rotation. I’m obsessed with light roast coffees for the sweet notes and this one did not disappoint.
It’s great to find a local coffee roaster that has good beans across the board. Not only are their light and medium roast good but they can do dark as well! I’m proud to buy local and have it actually be quality as well.
