I am a returning customer because I love their coffee and food. But also, the barista who helped me was awesome... Today I called them because they made a mistake in my iced latte, and I was hoping they would make me a new one.
The service was fast and friendly. They don't call names for drinks or lable them. This wasn't a problem as I was the only one ordering at that moment. Later it was a little confusing for two that ordered at the same time. Neither cusomer knew whose drink was just made. After asking they had no issues.
This place is true to their motto: Life is too short to drink bad coffee. Every location is warm, cozy, staffed with friendly employees, and frequently visited by the owners, who are diligent, hard-working, and truly committed to their business.
Looking for coffee on my way out of town, I found this place and it was a lovely surprise. Very well made coffee at decent price. The staff was friendly and definitely trained to make proper coffee. The prices were reasonable and the coffee, as previously mentioned was well made.
