I’ve been wanting to try Craig’s for quite some time now and it exceeded my expectations. The baristas were wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. We tried the mocha, caramel latte, and house drip coffee. The baristas were timing every shot, measuring doses carefully, and had multiple roasts to try.
The best roaster in the city! Craig’s Coffee makes some of the best blends around. He offers excellent customer service. Craig knows his coffee and can recommend how to grind and the best method for brewing. The new spot is going to be an excellent place to pick up that weekly bag of beans!
Excellent coffee, people, and space. I stop by often to pick up beans. My favorite is the Oaxaca. I've only had prepared drinks there twice - one brewed coffee, and one cappuccino - and they were both excellent. The space is pretty nice to hang out in, too, but the seating is somewhat limited.
