We visited Cowboy Coffee Co. two mornings in a row and loved it. It does get busy as the morning goes on, so arriving early is definitely worth it. I ordered an iced latte with four shots - the espresso had a smooth, rich chocolate note that stood out.
Beautiful Rustic Coffee shop in the heart of Old Town Jackson Hole. We ordered an Iced Snickers Latte, which is a devious mix of Carmel, mocha, and hazelnut flavoring for what comes out as a snickers but in a drink, delicious! And an iced Green Tea Matcha Latte that was also delicious.
Cowboy Coffee was a great find in Jackson and quickly became our go-to breakfast spot during our stay. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was always busy with locals and visitors alike.
