My husband and I did a coffee tour of Denver and Corvus was probably my favorite. The atmosphere was perfect. The N’awlins coffee I had was something I never tasted before and my husband loved his pour over. We grabbed a bag of coffee to take home as well. The ham and cheese croissant was yummy too.
One of the best coffee shops in the city! Really fun pour over options and great snacks/pastries. Solid spot if you're really into coffee and want it as nice as it can be! The staff are also super kind and friendly. Recommend the focaccia sandwich.
Jeff and Kristin were INCREDIBLE. The rush had died down when I got there, and they were able to help me find my perfect cup. I’m sure they’d be able to help when it’s busy too, but they really took their time and went above and beyond to help me out.
