Wife and I love getting coffee from here! We order coffee once every two weeks, so the freshly roasted coffee stays fresh that whole time. One of the great things they do that is unique is they offer 16oz size instead of just 12oz bags of coffee.
Delicious! I've passed by here several times and finally decided to stop by. I ordered a frappe and took a sit for a few minutes while enjoying the aroma that filled the air. Its neat to see the roasters and coffee equipment in the background.

Springfield is well known in the area for quality coffee roasting. I am glad to confirm the range of coffee excellence extends to Battlefield, MO. Copper Canyon offers espresso, beautifully presented, smooth, rich, tart, with citrus notes. Cortados are deliciously smooth and creamy, and low on acid.
