I visited Confident Coffee Roasters last month - this review is long overdue! The gal that took our order was so kind and personable. I was wearing a sweatshirt that had Red River, NM on it and she said, “my husband and his family love Red River!” I pointed to my husband next to me and said, “mine does too?!
Awesome local coffee roaster. Great selection of whole beans and wonderful staff. Great place to meet up with friends and have a conversation, or bring your laptop to “work from home.” Amber is fantastic and the baristas are knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend to anyone.
I ordered the Christmas Cowboy and boy did it kick! Such a delicate balance of espresso and brown sugar. For Johnson-this is a needed place. The staff polite and friendly and lots of cozy places to sit and enjoy a cup of Joe. Like the wall says-Stay a While!!
Wonderful cafe and in-house roastery! I like it better than Onyx Coffee!! I've tasted 700+ coffees from 83 roasteries and can say that Confident Coffee has an outstanding selection of countries of origin, processes, and roast levels.
